Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Management
  • Program manage external and internal audits by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
  • Define audit scope, track dependencies, summarize findings, and report actionable insights
• Internal Audits
  • Perform objective assessments of processes, risks, and controls
  • Provide assurance to management on governance and operational effectiveness
• Security Policies & Compliance
  • Assist in development, documentation, and enforcement of security policies
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal frameworks
  • Support IT and DevOps teams in policy adherence
• Incident Management
  • Log and track security incidents from triage to recovery
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for timely resolution and RCA documentation
• Vulnerability Management
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external testers for vulnerability identification
  • Track remediation and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Risk Management
  • Maintain and update the risk register
  • Conduct regular risk and threat assessments, including vendor risk reviews
• Security Awareness & Training
  • Create and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs
  • Drive internal campaigns in collaboration with marketing to promote a security-first culture

Required Skills:

• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Strong understanding of audit processes and risk frameworks
• Basic grasp of incident response lifecycle and compliance requirements
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting
