Education (Minimum/Desirable)

• B Tech / M Tech / BE / ME / B Pharma / M Pharma / MBA
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAP (recommended)
• Financial knowledge

Major Accountabilities

• In-depth knowledge of Engineering subjects and ability to use systems and tools (e.g., MS Office, Excel) for documentation and reporting.
• Participate in review meetings with users, cross-functional teams, and external vendors; contribute to review process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Contribute to project preparation, tender document compilation, technical bid analysis, and preparation of technical solutions within legal, quality, and HSE frameworks.
• Create purchase orders and order equipment in SAP/ESHOP.
• Maintain electronic databases (SharePoint).
• Ensure consistency and quality of procedures and documentation; act as SPOC for external service providers regarding operational processes.
• Support the Training & Learning team in defining training for external associates to obtain qualifications.
• Manage and review training roles for external colleagues and monitor ongoing education and consistency of training.
• Ensure updated production documents are shared with external colleagues and conduct training (OJT) if needed.
• Support implementation of external services in line with defined KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal users and line functions to align on scope, emphasizing GMP, Safety, and cost optimization.
• Work with line functions to complete project deliverables on time and in full.

Key Performance Indicators

• Consistency and quality of procedures and documentation.
• Timely completion of Purchase Orders with no critical observations.
