Detailed Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data tools.
• Familiarity with data enrichment platforms (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clearbit) is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Knowledge of data quality principles and CRM data standards.
• Experience with large datasets and data cleaning tools.
• Exposure to data validation and data management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and clean existing lead data for completeness, accuracy, and duplication.
• Validate lead information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and company details.
• Standardize data formats and remove duplicate/invalid records.
• Enrich lead data using research and data tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clearbit).
• Import/export data between CRM systems, spreadsheets, and marketing tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations).
• Maintain documentation of cleansing processes and data handling protocols.
