What You’ll Do

• Build intuitive and high-performance frontend interfaces for healthcare and insurance platforms.
• Develop user-facing applications that help individuals manage their healthcare journey.
• Create tools for doctors and hospitals, including portals, dashboards, and telemedicine systems.
• Enhance design systems and improve UX across Even’s products.
• Convert Figma prototypes into scalable, responsive web apps in collaboration with the design team.
• Contribute to internal tools that boost team productivity and workflows.

What We Look For

• Programming experience via personal projects, open-source work, hackathons, or GSoC.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and React.
• Attention to detail with a passion for clean, pixel-perfect UI.
• Motivated to learn and build critical consumer-facing products in a dynamic environment.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with TypeScript and state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, SCSS, or similar CSS frameworks.
• Willingness to contribute to backend development as needed.
• Understanding of performance optimization and web accessibility standards.
