Hiring Process

We move very fast - the entire process will take less than a week, and if all goes well, you'll receive an offer within 48 hours of the final interview.

1. Intro call: A quick conversation to learn about each other - your interests, past work and what excites you. We’ll share our vision, our roadmap and what we expect from you.
2. Technical round: If we like your submission, you’ll meet our technical founder for a deep dive into software fundamentals and a live pair-program session on a real-world problem.
3. Fitment round: A candid conversation with the other founders to see if we’re the right fit for each other - culturally and mission wise.

What you’ll do

We’re hiring for the following two roles:

Mobile (iOS & Android)

• Build a performant consumer app with world-class UI/UX using React Native
• Contribute across the stack using React and Node.js
• Ship fast, iterate faster - leverage AI to 10X your output
• Collaborate directly with the founders

Backend (Payments & Marketplace)

• Build backend services using Node.js and Python
• Work with Postgres, caching, and queues
• Get hands-on with AWS, Docker, and devops tools
• Ship fast, iterate faster - leverage AI to 10X your output
• Collaborate directly with the founders

What we’re looking for

Mobile (iOS & Android)

• Experience with React Native or other mobile frameworks
• Bonus: React / Node.js, published apps, AI tools, or past internships
• Hunger to learn, curiosity to explore, and the ability to build fast
• A portfolio, GitHub, or past projects that show you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty

Backend (Payments & Marketplace)

• Experience with Node.js / Python or any other equivalent language
• Bonus: Postgres, AWS, Docker
