Work You’ll Do

• As a Machine Learning Engineer, develop and implement advanced AI products.
• Design, build, and refine sophisticated machine learning models and existing systems.

The Team

• Work in the Digital Excellence Centre at Deloitte India, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• The team includes technology specialists, UX designers, data scientists, quality engineers, and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve business problems using data-driven solutions.
• Analyze medium to large datasets to extract valuable insights.
• Develop and evaluate robust statistical and machine learning models.
• Lead testing, deployment, and iteration of data science solutions.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests.
• Improve data collection methods to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in processing complex data sets and performing exploratory data analysis.
• Experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, NLP, and deep learning.
• Strong ability to communicate statistics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Innovative thinker with a track record of using data for problem solving.
• Flexible and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Self-driven with a high level of independence.
• Strong technical skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
• Exposure to Generative AI is a plus.
