The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional careers.

Our internship will provide you with the opportunity to become familiar with Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E). You'll participate in technically focused training, team meetings, work on projects, and present your results.

As an Intern, You Will:

• Receive coaching and mentoring to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.
• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
• Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures to ensure compliance is maintained.

Fuel Your Passion – Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related, or business-related programs.
• Must be a national citizen of India.
• Maintain a GPA grade ≥ 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
• Able to relocate for the duration of your internship (locations vary).
• Legally entitled to work in India without company sponsorship or time restriction now or in the future.
