About the Role

• Join Aspire as an IT Support Intern to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure and endpoints.
• Work under the guidance of the Director of Information Security in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Contribute to building a secure and scalable IT setup across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Google Workspace, Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE).
• Troubleshoot and support Windows 10/11 and macOS systems.
• Configure and maintain Unifi network systems: office WiFi, firewalls, and door access systems.
• Provide on-site IT support and remote assistance across locations.
• Diagnose hardware and connectivity issues involving PCs, printers, and WiFi.
• Select, test, purchase, and configure IT hardware and software for end-users.
• Support compliance initiatives such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC 2 Type 2.
• Create and update documentation including user guides, FAQs, and manuals in Notion and Confluence.
• Develop automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python to streamline operations.
• Assist with full lifecycle IT support from onboarding to offboarding of employees.

Minimum Qualifications

• Based in Gurugram or Bengaluru, India.
• Proficiency with both Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated learner with the ability to acquire knowledge independently.
• Basic knowledge of scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
