The Role

Clean, reliable data is the foundation of every insight we deliver. As a key contributor on our Data Solutions team, you’ll ensure that our data and model pipelines run smoothly—transforming raw inputs into reliable insights that power critical customer deliveries. By ensuring data quality and timeliness, you’ll enable our clients to make proactive, cost‑effective decisions—and keep power flowing without interruption.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Design & deliver: Collaborate with engineering managers and technical teams to ship data solutions that drive customer success
• Data and model pipeline operations: Maintain and run data and model pipelines—ingesting, cleaning, and transforming inputs to ensure they’re analysis‑ready and of the highest quality
• Customer delivery execution: Partner with cross-functional customer-focused teams (Customer Success, GIS, etc.) on deliveries, making sure insights and recommendations are backed by reliable inputs
• Monitor & improve: Oversee existing tools and workflows, pinpoint performance bottlenecks, and propose enhancements to streamline our platform/data science models
• Innovate & iterate: Absorb best practices in data engineering and analytics, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help us iterate rapidly

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Solid foundation in programming fundamentals, familiarity with Python and/or Java
• Good to have an understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases
• Clear and concise communicator, both in writing and in discussions
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Keen interest in data engineering, analytics, or machine learning applications
