Role Summary:
- The role requires understanding an enterprise IT infrastructure operational environment and industry best practice.
- The successful candidate will have a strong focus on development in order to continuously increase their own skills as well as mentor other technical resources in the group.
Job Summary:
- Help install and maintain IT systems.
- Assists with hardware and software related issues.
- Work with the team to monitor networks.
- Support routine backups and updates.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide tech support.
- Document IT processes and configurations.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Other Qualifications:
- Should be IT infra knowledge
- Should have knowledge on Windows server, application server and database.
- Good understanding of shell, Pearl Scripting.
