- Experience: 0-18 months
- 2023 & 2024 pass out, good to have internship experience
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Less than 1 year of professional experience working as a developer
- Understanding of analysis, design, coding, and OO concepts
- Willingness and ability to commit to travelling up to 100% across the US and Canada (back home on weekends) to help clients solve business problems
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and non-hierarchical environment
- Passion for learning and a desire to create meaningful solutions for business problems
You’ll spend time on the following:
- Pair programming to write clean, iterative code using practices like TDD, SOLID principles, OO design, and pair programming
- Using continuous delivery practices to improve software delivery speed
- Working in collaborative, product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences for a variety of clients
- Learning, digesting, and applying the latest technology thinking from our tech radar to solve client problems
- Tackling a variety of challenges for clients across industries, collaborating with teammates from diverse backgrounds
