Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Write well-designed, testable, scalable code either on the backend or frontend or both
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
- Ensure software is updated with the latest features.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should be passionate about coding and have a demonstrated record of participation in hackathons/coding challenges
- Excellent practical knowledge of technologies like Java and JavaScript
- Knowledge of Spring Boot and UI frameworks (React or Angular) will be a huge plus
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
- Proficiency in Software Engineering tools like Eclipse, Git
- Should be good at understanding and programming complex logical programs
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and ability to solve problems
- Good interpersonal skills to work with senior and junior people
- Should be a fast learner and be able to work in a team
