Role Description
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality Django web applications, ensuring performance and responsiveness
- Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate user interfaces with server-side logic
- Implement and maintain data storage solutions using Django ORM
- Manage RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end components
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent user experiences
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to enhance application performance
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Django ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) for efficient database handling
- Mastery of Django’s template language for generating dynamic HTML content
- Familiarity with Django REST framework for building Web APIs
- Knowledge of class-based views to organize application logic
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of security features in Django (e.g., XSS protection, CSRF protection)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
