Basic Required Qualifications:
- Fresher with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another analytical/technical subject (Passing year: 2025)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Willingness to work in a 24x5 rotational shift depending on business requirements
- Strong desire to pursue a career in software development and delivery
- Demonstrable ability to quickly understand and apply new technical concepts and frameworks
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting
- Knowledge and/or experience in .NET
- Familiarity with database concepts
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, clean code principles, and design patterns
- Knowledge of techniques like unit testing, pair programming, code reviews, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on the development and delivery of solutions and core software products
- Turn change requests into technical designs and implementations that enhance existing functionality and add new capabilities
