We are looking for a Customer Support Executive(Ticket) to join our team and take on the responsibility of
providing seamless support to students at Nxtwave.
The specific duties of the Customer Support Executive(Ticket) include resolving support tickets over Call,
Email, adhering to SLAs and follow all the necessary guidelines.
