We’re seeking Interns to join our Technology Division for the Spring Program. This is a 6-month internship program designed as an opportunity to learn more about the important role that Technology plays within the Firm. This structured program is designed to give interns insight into this division and an opportunity to develop and master the analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills needed to develop an exciting and rewarding career. The training will continue throughout the course of the program with structured learning sessions run by senior executives.

What you’ll do in the role:
- The program is designed to develop highly motivated technologists who partner with the business to solve complex problems through technology.
- On joining, you will go through a training program that covers technology training as well as an overview of the financial services industry.
- There are senior manager presentations and professional skills workshops to provide a well-rounded experience.
- Interns spend 6 months working on live projects, sponsored by business-aligned technology groups seeking technical solutions to real business needs.
- Projects are designed to integrate business concepts and technical skills, reinforce values through teamwork, and provide a smooth transition to future work groups.
- Projects are presented to senior management, providing firsthand experience of working on a project from inception to delivery.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Interest and aptitude for technology coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding academic record along with success in Spring jobs, internships, and extracurricular activities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work and collaborate with others.
- Experience in at least one programming language among Java, C++, C#, or C.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, OOPS, and Unix.
