Associate System Engineer

Note:

• Calculation of qualifying marks = Sum of marks obtained divided by Sum total of maximum marks obtainable.
• All subjects will be considered including elective/optional subjects.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• We are looking for the following skills from you:
  • Programming (preferably in Java, C++, Python, Node.js)
  • Software Development Life Cycle Concepts

Your Role and Responsibilities

• As an Associate System Engineer:
  • You will focus on individual/team objectives and involve yourself in the development of professional effectiveness.
  • In the role, you will design applications, write codes, test, debug, and maintain Software Applications across various platforms and technologies.

Compensation (B.E/B.Tech)

• Rs. 4.50 Lakh per annum
• One-time settling allowance of INR 25,000

Selection Process

• The selection process will be based on the following rounds:
• Coding Test
• English Language Assessment
• Group Discussion
• Interview(s)
• All rounds are elimination rounds

Coding Test

• Assessment on coding skills through Hackerrank, a technical hiring platform that evaluates problem-solving skills through relevant code challenges

English Language Assessment

• An online assessment that measures English language proficiency
• In around 10 minutes, candidates answer a series of MCQs to evaluate their engagement with the English language

Group Discussion

• Candidates are assessed on interpersonal and communication skills

Interview

• Candidates are assessed on skills like technical representation, communication, growth mindset, innovation, and adaptability
