About the Role:
- In this role you will join Ethos Technology Teams and you will be assigned an appropriate opportunity in our software development, test engineering and SRE teams.
- You will be provided the necessary training to be effective at applying your strong software engineering fundamentals to building world class product and driving impact for Ethos and helping us protect the next million families!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, code and launch new product features for Ethos’ customers and partners.
- Test and validate product features.
- Deploy and maintain code pipelines using industry best practices.
- Participate in various Engineering forums at Ethos and share knowledge with cross geography technology organizations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the engineering team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2023 or 2024 Computer Science, Electronics / Electrical or IT graduate from an accredited and prestigious institution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong software development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Good understanding of web development fundamentals using modern web development frameworks.
- Good understanding of frontend frameworks like React, React Native and Angular.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
