- Analyze, design, and implement different modular components as per business and technical needs
- Work on both server-side and UI-side modules
- Collaborate with product managers and other developers to successfully implement business requirements
- Communicate solutions and ideas clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

- Deep understanding of Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, jQuery, React (or other similar libraries), CSS, HTML, and Database concepts
- Ability to collaborate with other engineers and handle the entire Web software development cycle
- Strong computer science fundamentals – data structures, distributed systems, design patterns
- A disciplined approach to development, documentation, and code structure
- Motivated by results
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and desire to resolve technical problems
