JOB PURPOSE:

To provide IT support and automation, data analytics solutions for procurement to supervisors, managers and analysts on all processes supported.

JOB DUTIES:

Provides IT support and automation solutions for PSC internally and external customers.
Understands purchasing processes and practices.
Searches for automation opportunities within current supported processes.
Documents IT solutions.
Resolves issues with current tools.
Creates metrics and dashboards for multiple purchasing groups.
Works directly with customer on data analysis.
Works independently.
Analyzes processes in terms of data flow.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

Requires knowledge of and previous experience in IT and support for purchasing groups.
Has strong data and process analytics skills.
Has strong programming skills in one or more of the following technologies: C#, VBA, Python, Power Automate, ASP.net and SQL databases.
Able to work independently.
