Job Description:
- Trainee Developers work under the guidance of a team lead or senior team member, fulfilling various tasks ranging from learning the codebase to attending training sessions.
- Fresh graduates with good analytical and communication skills.
- Analyze user requirements.
- Create innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions.
- Develop and implement new software programs.
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
- Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
- Graduates should be trained on C# and ASP.net, with a good understanding of .NET technology.
- Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
- Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary.
