Details of the Role
- Job Title: Software Engineer
- CTC offered: 15 - 20 Lakhs per annum
- Mode of work: Work from home
- Highest degree: B.Tech (CS/ECE), M.Tech (CS/ECE), Dual Degree with minimum 7.5 CGPA throughout
- Year of completion: 2023/2024
- Preferable regions to hire from: PAN India
Who Should Apply
- Experience with any back-end language (Ruby on Rails is a plus) and SQL and NoSQL DB systems
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and at least one JavaScript framework (e.g. Angular, React)
- Good hands-on experience with at least one of Ruby, Nodejs, Python, Javascript, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and good UX sense
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Good understanding of client-side development
- Attention to detail - Ability to rapidly iterate on product/platform features
- Analytical mind - Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with global business and technical teams, excellent communication skills
- Startup mentality, high willingness to learn, and hardworking
- Experience as a UI developer is a plus
- Experience in startups is a huge plus
