Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of deliverables.
• Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the frontend development process.
• Working closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
• Identifying and resolving performance and security-related issues.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Qualifications

Education Qualification

• B. Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certification Required

• No specific certifications required, but relevant certifications in frontend development are a plus.

Behavioral Skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
• Passion for learning and implementing new technologies.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with responsive and mobile design.
